Herb Roasted Green Beans

  • 1 1/2 pounds fresh green beans
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 springs fresh oregano (or approx. 1t. dried)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced


  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  • Clean green beans and cut into bite sized pieces. Wash and dry.
  • In bowl, toss beans, olive oil, fresh oregano, garlic, and Salt and Pepper to taste.
  • Once the beans are coated, spread them out onto a half sheet pan.
  • Cook for 10 min. Stir. Cook another 10 minutes until browned.
