Herb Roasted Green Beans


  • 1 1/2 pounds fresh green beans
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 springs fresh oregano ((or approx. 1t. dried))
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Clean green beans and cut into bite sized pieces. Wash and dry.
  3. In bowl, toss beans, olive oil, fresh oregano, garlic, and Salt and Pepper to taste.
  4. Once the beans are coated, spread them out onto a half sheet pan.
  5. Cook for 10 min. Stir. Cook another 10 minutes until browned.
