Herb Roasted Green Beans

- 1 1/2 pounds fresh green beans
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- 4 springs fresh oregano ((or approx. 1t. dried))
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Clean green beans and cut into bite sized pieces. Wash and dry.
- In bowl, toss beans, olive oil, fresh oregano, garlic, and Salt and Pepper to taste.
- Once the beans are coated, spread them out onto a half sheet pan.
- Cook for 10 min. Stir. Cook another 10 minutes until browned.
