Another perfect recipe from a friend of mine is the hot fudge I’ve made for my family for years.  I can’t imagine buying it now that I know I can make it in 10 minutes!

 Super Easy Hot Fudge:

1 1/3c. evaporated milk

1c. chocolate chips (in these pictures I used milk chocolate.  But any kind would work!)

2c. confectioners sugar

1/2c. butter

1/2t. vanilla

dash of salt

Place all ingredients in a pot and boil for 8 minutes, stirring constantly.

It’s amazing hot

or straight from the fridge….shhh don’t tell!
