I don’t know how I missed that! I usually don’t measure. I just sprinkle cinnamon sugar or brown sugar and then I just sprinkle the cinnamon. It’s not super exact!

I think either type of water would work fine! Actually I’ve even used tap water for the bread itself, but just don’t feed the starter with unfiltered water.

I love how you can take basic ingredients and create something so delicious. Using King Arthur Bread Flour is a great tip. I once tried making a similar bread with regular flour and it didn’t rise as well. Can’t wait to try this recipe with the right flour. Do you think using bottled spring water would be even better than filtered?
